Refund Policy

This Refund Policy forms part of the Terms of Use. It does not reduce any refund, cancellation, cooling-off, warranty, or consumer right that applicable law gives you.

1. Current availability

Alpha's current core service is free and there is ordinarily nothing to refund. We will update this page and show price, billing frequency, renewal terms, and material limitations before introducing a paid product.

2. Apple App Store purchases

Apple is the merchant for purchases made through the App Store and controls the payment method, cancellation, and refund decision. Request a refund throughreportaproblem.apple.com and manage subscriptions at Apple subscriptions. Alpha cannot issue an App Store refund directly, but support can help identify the product or receipt information needed for the request.

3. Google Play purchases

Google controls refunds and subscription cancellation for Google Play purchases, subject to its policies and applicable law. UseGoogle Play's refund flowand manage subscriptions in Google Play. Alpha may assist with entitlement issues but cannot override a store's merchant decision.

4. Any future direct purchase

If Alpha later sells directly, the checkout will identify the merchant and any product-specific terms. Unless mandatory law requires otherwise, a request for a mistaken, duplicate, materially defective, or unavailable purchase should be sent within 14 days tosupport@alpha-app.online with the account email, date, product, transaction reference, and reason. Do not send a full card number.

Approval depends on delivery, usage, prior refunds, evidence of abuse, technical failure, and applicable consumer law. Approved direct refunds return to the original method; banking and platform processing time is outside Alpha's control.

5. Digital content and subscriptions

• Cancellation stops future renewal but ordinarily does not retroactively refund a completed billing period.
• Deleting an Alpha account does not automatically cancel a subscription managed by Apple or Google.
• If a paid feature is withdrawn during a prepaid period, Alpha will provide a proportionate remedy where required by law or the purchase terms.
• A free trial converts only on the terms shown before enrollment and can be cancelled through the purchasing platform.

6. Chargebacks and account access

Contact support before initiating a chargeback so a duplicate, fraud, or entitlement problem can be investigated. A chargeback may cause the related entitlement to be suspended while the processor investigates, but it will not be used to punish a good-faith exercise of legal rights.
