Alpha legal

Advertising Policy

Sponsored content must be lawful, accurate, clearly attributable, and suitable for Alpha’s adult founder-and-builder community.

Effective: August 30, 2026Version: 2026-08-30All legal documents

1. Required creative

Every campaign needs a square logo, headline of at most 60 characters, body of at most 140 characters, meaningful alt text, an allowlisted call to action, and a reviewed HTTPS destination. A 16:9 feed image is optional. The advertiser and destination must be clear, consistent, functional, and not misleading.

2. Prohibited advertising

3. Targeting and data

V1 targeting is limited to Alpha’s topics, supported locales, placement, and schedule. Demographic targeting, custom audiences, customer-list uploads, third-party pixels, and conversion attribution are not available. Advertisers receive aggregate reports and must not attempt to identify, fingerprint, or contact viewers from delivery data.

4. Member controls and labeling

Ads are always labeled “Sponsored” and show the destination domain, “Why this ad?”, hide, and report controls. Contextual delivery is the default. Personalized delivery requires the member’s explicit opt-in and excludes private data and sensitive attributes. Active Supporters receive no ads.

5. Enforcement

Alpha may request evidence, reject creative, restrict an advertiser, or immediately pause delivery when unique reports, automated safety findings, destination changes, or other risk requires review. Evasion or repeated violations may permanently remove advertising access. A reviewer decision is audited; contact safety@alpha-app.online to provide relevant evidence or request reconsideration.
